Top 10 Best Lines

by LiRa

Youtube find, whoohoo!:

I’ve yet to come up with my own best lines but I tell you what makes me laugh every time I hear it. It’s this one uttered by Michael in the episode, Grief Counseling:

“Society teaches us that, having feelings and crying is bad and wrong. Well, that’s baloney, because grief isn’t wrong. There’s such a thing as good grief. Just ask Charlie Brown.”

That just cracks me up. Every time.

What’s your favorite lines from this show so far?

Ok, I have 3 and they are all Michael Scott quotes because he is crazy. They are as follows:

“I need to see which one of these people have the skills to be a chickenhead.”

“A guy goes to a five dollar… lady of the night and he gets crabs. So, the next day he goes back to complain. And the woman says ‘Hey, it was only five dollars. What did you expect? Lobster?’”

“Hey, no…no. AIDS is not funny. Believe me, I’ve tried.”

All pretty classic in my book :)

  2. Lira Cruz Says:

LOL! Yes, those are classics. The things that come out of Michael’s mouth!

I remember that chicken head bit…I was doing something else when that one was on so my mind wasn’t into the show but I found myself chuckling when I heard it.

That’s what this show can do to you.

  3. Emily Says:

This is one of my favorite scenes. I love any and all pranks they pull on dwight. This one and the convincing Dwights its Friday… those are like my top ones.

Jim: Sometimes I send Dwight faxes from himself in the future.
Dwight: [reading fax] Dear Dwight, Someone will poison the coffee this morining. Do not drink the coffee! More instructions will follow. From Future Dwight
[sees Stanley about to drink the coffee and jumps for the cup]
    Dwight: NO STANLEY!

  4. Lira Cruz Says:

Oh yes, that one with Future Dwight was hysterical! One of the best open for the show.
